For more than 25 years, I have represented clients whose lives have been severely affected by the negligence of others. Some clients have been injured in car wrecks caused by intoxicated or impaired drivers. Others have been hurt by drivers texting or talking on the phone. Some clients have lost a parent, wife, husband or child because of a doctor’s negligence, and still others lost the use of their limbs operating broken machinery or wearing worn safety equipment.
The circumstances that bring a client to my law firm may be different, but the anxiety of dealing with ongoing pain, lost employment, medical bills, and uncaring insurance companies is common to most all injured clients.
It is my heartfelt privilege to stand up and fight to hold those responsible accountable for the damages they cause. There are a lot of lawyers, but not all lawyers are trial lawyers. To be a trial lawyer, it takes real passion for people, an interest in their story, and a commitment to hold insurance companies, attorneys, and even judges accountable.
I am proud to be a trial lawyer, grateful for the trust clients put in my law firm, and thankful for the experience and results we’ve shared.
